W3Schools and W3Fools

w3schools may not be perfect, but w3fools isn’t any better. I feel like it needs to be mentioned that not all of w3fools’ information is correct, neither is w3schools’, I won’t ever say they’re perfect. Notable points against w3fools are; their points that simply opinion, or arguing “They display this here but not anywhere else” as usually the “anywhere else” is taken grossly out of context (not required anywhere else). I’m not going to go into specifics because I don’t care for a web development war, I just think that if w3fools wants w3schools to have wiki style pages, so should w3fools because really, they’re just adding to the problem.

In my opinion w3schools is a wonderful website and they’re not intentionally misinforming people. They’re not perfect, websites like w3fools are bad though, they go in arrogantly with a “take this down, add this” kind of attitude and really, it doesn’t solve anything. You ultimately just end up with more misinformed people, or confused people.
